Get ready to be amazed by the remarkable story of this iconic landmark and its surrounding community.

Cordage Commerce Center makes up the office portion of the larger Plymouth Station development, which includes neighboring Harborwalk Apartments and the Pier at Cordage Marina. The large waterfront campus is steeped in rich history. It was originally the location of the Plymouth Cordage Company founded in 1824 and was once the largest supplier of rope and cord for the US Navy.

It has been beautifully revitalized. Now medical, tech companies, local colleges and many others call this mixed-use office space home.

The Pier at Plymouth Station is a unique focal point for the coastal community.

Plymouth is a popular boating, fishing, and water sport destination. The Cordage Marina allows you to take advantage of all the opportunities available. With exclusive boat slips, it offers unsurpassed convenience, quicker access to many of the surrounding hotspot destinations and a hassle-free alternative to driving.

Imagine being in Provincetown enjoying the cool sea breeze instead of waiting in traffic to cross the Sagamore Bridge on a hot summer afternoon.

If you are interested in information regarding slips or off-season boat storage, please contact South Shore Dry Dock Marine.

The Pier at Cordage

The Marina currently has a 54-slip operation. Options to expand are possible with future development. Additionally, there are plans for renovating the Pier Building and turning it into a mixed-use retail and commercial hub for the continued revitalization to Plymouth’s unique coastal experience.

Additional concepts are being considered for further growth and development along the waterfront. It is the intention to continue to take a community focused approach, providing access to this beautiful stretch of South Shore coastline.

The Seaside Rail Trail connects the Pier at the Cordage Marina to downtown Plymouth and activations will continue to draw locals and tourists alike.
